Recording Update!

Hey everyone! Joe here. Just wanted to again apologize for the delay in episodes. Scheduling issues have just been preventing us from recording. I just got back from a trip to LA, which I’ll be talking more about on the podcast! Fortunately, we have finally lined up a time to record and we are going to do our best to give you as much content as possible for all of your patience.

First will be our episode on “A Million Ways to Die in the West”, followed by a sidetracks discussion on the evolution of the comedy western in general. We’ll be following this up with a planned retrospective on the films of Sergio Leone, and another on some of the classic westerns, like John Wayne and Clint Eastwood. Please keep telling us your favorite and overlooked westerns and why you like them - we’d love to mention some of them on the show. We’ll also be doing our first ever BluRay giveaway for our Patrons so stay tuned for how to participate in that!

Beyond that, we really want to get to your questions and comments. We’d like to do a Patreon episode where we just answer any questions you may have for us — regardless of their context. Want to get our thoughts on a particular movie, new or old? Want to just ask us a random question? Just have a general suggestion for us? Leave a comment below and we’ll be sure to address it in a Q&A episode.

Again, relying solely on Patreon controbutions for our income on the podcast hasn’t been the easiest in terms of finding a dedicated time to do the podcast.
