Happy New Year!

I've had so much buyer remorse from Kino Lorber. They put out great stuff, don't get me wrong, but sometimes I blind buy a movie and I know I'll never watch it again. Maybe I should start raffling them away on here. - Joe

I finally saw Dragnet recently. It's an interesting film for sure. Lots to talk about there. Thanks for the suggestions! - Joe

Nice recap, gentlemen. Also, another “Buyer Beware” situation: N.L.’s Class Reunion is embarrassingly bad. I watched the Kino Lorber blu not too long ago. Very disappointing film, but of course I’ll be keeping it in the collection. I can’t part with even the bad flicks. And, I will say, although I haven’t watched N.L.’s Senior Trip in a while, I remember enjoying that one. (N.L.’s Loaded Weapon 1 is also awesome.)

Brett Lawrence

I'm almost caught up with most of the podcast and I'm having a great time with your convo. I watched "The Wrong Guy" and I was belly laughing at parts. Some recommendations I have would be "Clean And Sober", "The Stuff", "Think Big", Dragnet, "Field of Dreams", "Second Sight", are a few i can think of. oh and I love "Interstate 60" too..

Gregory Coburn

Thanks, Ryan! Seems like there are a lot of treasures on that site. I'm gonna have to browse through it.

Finally got a chance to sit down with Quick Change. I gotta say I really enjoyed it. Definitely, one for repeat viewings. I'm curious to check out the 1985 French film Hold Up, based on the same novel. Can't seem to find a copy with English subtitles. If anyone knows where I can find a DVD or Blu-Ray, please let me know.

I was just inspired to make a recommendation based on your discussion of Gerrit Graham. The Man with One Red Shoe. Graham was awesome in it!!! Lol.

Great to hear!

After listening to the episode, I finally watched The Ice Harvest. It had been on my list for a long time. I, absolutely, loved it. I just got Quick Change in the mail and will be checking it out. I also ordered Memoirs of an Invisible Man from Warner Archive. Looking forward to it. I'm a huge Carpenter fan and it's one of the only films, of his, I've never seen. Thanks guys! Happy New Years! Looking forward to more episodes in 2022 😃
