Still working on getting the 'fluid" right, but almost there. Using curves and shapekeys, elements masked on and off. Shrinkwrap modifiers, all that good stuff.
Look out for a new poll going up Monday! Want to roll right into the next project after this one, so will overlap the poll a bit.
