Tadano's journey occurs between the middle of Komi 2 and the end of Komi 3.
So that they understand until the dialogues are done, the guy with the mustache is the director of the school and he is introducing the different teachers. That presentation is more than anything to add teachers, Yarizo becomes the janitor.
Well the second part begins where the first ends, Komi and Tadano go on a date and then say goodbye as Tadano goes to visit his relatives with his sister. and then the second part happens, the school event where that class decided to use maids.
