explanation of the final scenes: megumi wakes up after being "used" all night, megumi wakes up scared full of different substances in her body. he wakes up, his whole body hurts, he looks everywhere there is nothing, he looks and realizes that he feels something in his crotch, he rests his gaze on it and sees a letter.
Fred speaks in the letter (a guy who fucked her) nothing tells her what the dialogues say and leaves her clothes. she gets up scared, she changes, without bathing and trying to return to her boyfriend's house.
