My two experiences in the last decade feeling that drained after a game: To The Moon on the first play through and Wildermyth (the Mothman legend) To The Moon is endearing and heart wrenching and beautiful The Mothman legend… I lost half my heroes in the final battle buying time for the Mothman to save the world (plot stuff) and the cinematic aftermath accounts for their relationships and the grief of their survivors etc. I literally sat there crying reading the epilogue afterwards. What an epic denouement
