The relationship between Agnes and Egon's wife explains why he has such a distrust or even hatred of the Nielsens in season 1. And maybe his drinking which was referred to a lot but never actually seen that I remember.

So did Ulrich really stay in prison all that time for attempted mureer? Maybe punishment was harsher back then, just seems like people do worse and get off with a lot less. I have to remember too, different country different rules. I wonder if Noah and his sister will represent the "Cain and Abel" before it's all over.

Though I went to the Dark companion site after watching Ep 4 and even though the show itself hasn't given us a name for her (and the website says it's a spoiler-free experience), the site already showed her name under her photo. Which I thought was strange. But oh well.

With that, so Agnes is the great great grandmother of Jonas and Noah is his great Uncle. Wow. And Agnes is an agent of Claudia so she might also be a time traveler. Maybe she is the one in the reactor with Jonas.
