Small bugfix Ver 0.61

Last update had a few bugs that usually won't appear unless you do things in a certain order.
While I hope most of you were unaffected, this can risk more bugs. That said, I've provided a bug fix. Please just replace the HTML file with the attached file!
This adds:
- Another condition to reach bad end. If your citizen count falls to 500 or less, you reach the bad end and upon continue you automatically reset to 3,000 citizens.
This fixes:
- A confusing line from Scyllus.
- A few incorrectly labeled Silent Groves instead of Starless Groves.
- If you find an item while exploring which in turn leads to a battle before running into any other enemies, you would end up in the fight with Ephraim again (if you fought him before). I'm not sure this would have any serious repercussions but figured it warranted an emergency fix to be safe.
- Your first Barracks upgrade costing more than it says it should.
- If you lose a battle and your loyalty falls to 0 or below, instead of seeing the bad end you would automatically regain 10 loyalty. Fixed it so you regain this loyalty upon continue rather than immediately on a loss. (This kept players from being able to see the bad end I was so proud of).
