Her every action has immediate consequence for a life somewhere. That's karmic. It might also go to Randidly, coz he has worlds and populations tied to him. But he was not there in the original timeline and I doubt him receiving the chalice doesn't bring Pine's full attention onto him. He is an interloper and if pines godhood is legit, any version of pine can tell that
