Type this in Console:
persistent.archhints[0]
persistent.archhints[1]
If you don't see the result as shown in screenshot/image attached. That means the persistent file has some issue.
Enter this command in Console:
persistent.archhints =["lang_en", "DuVal"]
Now, try the "All Achievements" button.
You can also change language for the hints, from "English" to "Russian" and back to refresh the Hints.
