Issues with Payments
Added 2023-08-04 01:57:04 +0000 UTCHey Bumbles! It looks like Patreon had to "upgrade part of their payment system", which is causing some headaches. A few people are reporting their cards are being declined and technical issues. Patreon recommends trying again or contacting your bank. (Trust me, creators are having issues on our end too).
If you're one of the people experiencing technical problems, please just wait a little bit. I received an email that they're very aware and working on it. Hopefully it's fixed soon. I may look into setting up on a secondary platform if this keeps happening. Thank you so much, I know this stuff is a headache. x

What worked for me is to delete and erase my old account. Make a completely new account with new email and everything and it worked for me. I hope it works for you if you are still having problems

So I payed originally on another account (just another email) and it worked for a bit and then suddenly I had the problem where the tier showed up in my memberships but it didn’t charge my card and would say it’s declined. I couldn’t see the content suddenly and so my way around this was to just create another Patreon account with a different email and I used the same card and it didn’t decline and worked perfectly!!
