Also, I maybe crazy, but isn't it supposed to be a part of his still born phenox skill set? Also also, didn't the the skill set associated with the grey creature actually use "grey creature" somewhere in its name?

The enchanting guild has been sack by Velio and then had their head enchanter killed by a patron. I don’t think they even know who to go to to fix the overlay right now.
