Might help with codifying the legal system if there are some less violent punishments available. Also, is it definite that the suicide is Roy’s and not Neveah’s? I know it’s in his handwriting, but he’s never come across as suicidal, he’s technically already dead, and Neveah just went through that depression attack/thing in the fight with Kaan
