Progress Update!

I've been a bit MIA in Patreon but I have been working a lot on adding new contents into the VN. >:)

I thought that Gran's route was a bit too short so I expanded on it more to make his sequence more memorable. Note: the next update would also include Dave's Day 1!

Visual/Assets wise, I've been working on trying to implement "Composite images" instead of having individual PNGs for every single combination of articles of clothing and expressions, which would dramatically increase the amount of storage needed moving forward... With Composite images, I can negate that and keep the file to a comfortable size. It's not going to be a complete overhaul but I'll be trying to slowly chip away at replacing the older assets/programs. 

Good news though, Dave, Norman AND some newer supporting casts, as well as Dr Sean, will be utilising Composite images! The rest of the casts will remain as it is for now, but eventually...

I also reworked the lovable chief himself because of uh... A few flaws that I've been told about... 

Here's an example of his current look! (Note that I made his eyes a tad bigger and clearer as well as making his arms more proportionally correct. ^^')

Here are the newer Supporting casts (WIP and otherwise.) Yes, they're twins. And they'll be more prominent in Gran's route. Whereas Dr Sean will appear more in Pierre's. Lastly, no, they can't be dated. >:) (...unless?) ALSO it's Bennett. I misspelt lol.

I need to work more on Dave's Day 1 as well as retuning(?) him a bit, just to make him look a bit nicer. Thinking of working on Damon, the bull from Norman's route, as well although I might have to hold off that until after this Update.

I've also been working on a side project with a dear friend of mine so my time has been split quite a bit. :P Here's a small snippet of it. (Yes, I drew that and No, he's not in Limits! HAHA)

When's the next update? Well, I know I said that it was meant to be a few days after the public release, but I got a bit inspired, art-wise and ended up doing a lot more of creating assets than writing. Heh. My bad. 

I'll just say that it'll get released here first when it is ready. I'm willing to pause the Patreon billing again if I need to! It'll feel wrong otherwise since I haven't really been pumping a lot of updates. ^^' But if you guys are okay with it, then let me know. I won't turn down, the cash! Haha. ^^
