He put the entire multiverse at risk so he could fight at a tournament where he would face the strongest people in existence, not counting the gods. And what Goku did during the cell games with his son isn't much different from Randidly either. So I do get the comparison. To some degree.

Seeing how his desire to look for someone stronger is like trying to compare the ground to space when it comes to one punch man vs goku. Sad how one punch man will never find someone to truly let all his potential on. Goku cant find someone on earth? Ok go to a different world and fight those strong people. One punch man is stuck on earth, can’t go to other planets, shame.

Goku will deal with all problems no matter how small it is. Of course he can only solve issues he’s aware of. But still he wouldn’t leave walking disasters on earth like RG does. He’s more like vegeta mix with gokus battle maniac skills.
