Good news, everyone!
Added 2024-12-17 16:17:02 +0000 UTCI was able to roll back my windows 11 to version 23H2 which fixed the issue. I thought I did that already but apparently not. My recommendation is to try and avoid version 24H2 if you value the ability to open certain programs within MO2. Thank you to everyone that reached out to assist. Now back to our regularly scheduled program.
