[BUGFIX] [CD] Catnip Fix🐈

Requires the Cats and Dogs Expansion Pack

At some point, EA broke the packets of catnip that you can purchase through the computer, such that the "Give Catnip Treat" interaction on cats would immediately cancel, if catnip from those packets were used. This mod fixes that. You will no longer have to search debug to get functional catnip! However, please give this AHQ thread a "Me Too" so EA can hopefully release an official fix for this bug. Thanks!

Important Note: This may not fix catnip objects pre existing in Sim inventories, however it should fix any pre existing unopened catnip seed packets, as well as any new ones purchased via the computer.

Installation Instructions:
1. Place the package file directly in your Mods folder, or in a subfolder so you know where it
is.
2. Delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the main Sims 4 folder.
