SPOILERS!!! Kamijou Touma is fucking back Let me tell you, I had the widest freaking smile when he told Zhongli to shut up. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate Geo Daddy, but he was clearly acting confrontational in order to snap Touma out of his funk and it did the trick. Said smile only grew wider after the mention of Thor and how he would straight up kill him if he ever saw him in such a pathetic state. Naturally, he isn't 100% back to his usual self and will probably stay that way for the remainder of this story. After all, he'll never be whole without his world. At the very least, he has a piece of said world in the form of St. Germain OS. Speaking of which, that reunion was so sweet, so wholesome, so warm and clearly a homage to the heart-to-heart with Will-chan all the way back in NT9. The reassurance that he'll never be alone anymore, the promise to stay by his side even if the world turns its back on him, the hope that comes with it, that's what made it so great back then and you were able to invoke those feelings while still being original. This is everything I could ever want from a well-written Toaru fanfic and you went above and beyond in delivering it. Also, I am so very glad that Touma opened up to the idea of relying on something other than Imagine Breaker and even asked someone else to teach him how to use it. Such a thing would be unthinkable under normal circunstances. It only took the literal end of the world to convince him. That's how stubborn our boy can be. This ought to be refreshing. Imagine Breaker is thematically a great power and a perfect match with Touma's character, but seeing him only use it and nothing else can be a bit dull. By the way, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Touma's kindness extends even to monsters, like the Mitachurl. In hindsight, it makes perfect sense and the opposite would be out-of-character. Leave it to Touma to challenge the world's concept of right and wrong, good and evil and socially aceptable behavior. I hope the Mitachurl repays his kindness by saving him when his own life is in danger. Certainly, even wild beasts understand the concept of gratitude.

Who knew getting kidnapped by someone tinier then you can have you meet up with a god. Then when you give him the two roads he could choose from with the road he wanted dinging in his face, the one he was asking for he rejected it. Then the plot twists with the arm "muy bien" had me licking the plate. Then the layup shot with BIG SIS BEIDOU. Tsk tsk tsk You couldn't even give me seconds because when you came back with the pot the plate was gone. Tsk sensational. Overall glad to see Touma finally make a bounce back to his usual self and slowly finding his back on track even with how things are for him. And of course he can't be Touma Kamijou without attracting the attention at the worst timing or best... But any who love the serious moments and the funny moments and now we can kinda get a roadmap for Touma and it seems you have him a early part of the story which is I think is the best place for him. Now let's see how he fuck up the storyline baby. Also three things 1. That little cliffhanger with magic name heartwarming to me. 2. The little fight between Touma vs I'm not telling is very very interesting. That's plot line right there I'm LOOKING forward to the most. And 3. I see what you doing with Beidou and like Prime Jordan you putting on a masterclass Overall: Sensational/ 10 Enjoy reading your stuff man and can't wait for the next chapter.
