2020-09-05 15:19:22 +0000 UTCAn interesting side effect of this is that it should then be possible to vote on the sets on gumroad even if you got them via Patreon, since previously, the Patreon rewards completely bypassed gumroad, and you can't vote for any of the sets on gumroad unless that's where you bought them. I don't know that the voting there actually means much, but as things stand, the only votes come from folks who got sets from there without using Patreon.

2020-09-05 15:14:10 +0000 UTCTier 4 could already do that, but they had to tell Hane that they wanted to swap out one or more of the sets for the current month with older sets from gumroad, and then she'd send you different links without you actually needing to use gumroad. Now, this removes the need for her to ask or adjust which links she sends you. Instead, you just get the coupons for gumroad and grab whichever sets you want without having to discuss it with her. For lower tiers who can't swap out rewards, presumably, nothing will change.

2020-09-05 15:10:48 +0000 UTCNo. Previously, Hane sent out a message to those at tier 4 to know if they wanted all 4 of the tier sets or whether they wanted to replace one or more of them with previous sets from gumroad. If you didn't respond, she just sent you the current rewards, whereas if you did ask to replace some or all of the sets, she had to change which links she sent you. Now, she's just going to send you 4 coupons for gumroad and you get whatever 4 sets you want from gumroad whether they're the ones for this month or previous months. So, you don't have to communicate back and forth about getting different sets. For anyone in lower tiers, presumably, she'll just continue to send the links like she has, since you can't swap out any of the rewards.
