Heyo guys, been quite busy lately! Doing a lot of studying both on the animation and software side to push things further, ported a couple of models, made some little animations, started preparation for the next big one, and also have some fun collab stuff on the way!
Finished working on the new Nimi model, and also did a little test animation with the new bone based physics rig that I'm going to start using from now on, at the end of the day I still have to animate breasts manually to achieve proper circular motion and retain volume, as blender's cloth simulation has issues with these and that's a huge deal breaker for me, but this method does not artificially stretch a mesh and essentially gives me the ability to achieve some additional bounce/both speed up workflow with a slight increase in quality, so a huge win nonetheless, it will also be showcased later when i put it into practice for the Kronii/IRyS animation. Put a lot of work to make the model real nice so will be using it for some animations real soon, I have an idea where I could make a bunch of shorter animations, as to not take too long and burn out on stuff, but still be able to iterate on it and progressively make a bunch of smaller animations into a big overarching one seamlessly, will be interesting to see where this pipeline leads!

Another part of the current training arc is getting to a point where I can reach quality loops in a faster amount on time, so I can push out more of them and then focus on polishing the details and being able to create long form animations in a shorter timeframe, as with trying to increase the quality of the animation, the time constraints are getting bigger aswell, which is a thing that has been bugging me for a while, so I decided to start doing these 1-day animation challenges to try and get myself closer to achieving this goal.

Now in reality, the 1-day challenge turned into more like 4 days lol, Had to spend 2 days porting the models from scratch onto my new bodybase, and then on the day of making the animation I started a bit late as I did not want to skip gym and had a doctor's appointment in the morning, so only had about 8 hours to work on it, called it a day and finished it on the next one, but hey we got there in the end so I guess is all good. Also hit up my homie Zorak and got sound for it made cause why not right, audio makes half the animation no matter the length. The pose proved to be more difficult than I anticipated, as is usual with trying to exxagerate futa animations in 3D, but I think I came to a satisfactory result given the short timeframe to work on it. I will try and do more of these in the future, but one thing I realized is I REALLY don't like to make simple loop animations, it just feels sloppy to me, animation is art and art takes time, rushing things is not the answer and after all the setup needed it does feel kind of like a waste to just make something so short, as I really like to tell a story with my animations and have dialogue in it, but of course those take a lot of time... of course as a part of training similar to how you get better at any skill through repetition and analysis, it works I guess, but still... maybe I could make it a 1-week animation challenge and go for like something not too over the top, but complex enough where I can get to play around a bit, something in a 1 minute range perhaps? Will try and figure something out for sure, but this is a start.

Very excited to announce that there is going to be an animation in collaboration with the great VA/ASMRtist Vtuber Stronny Cuttles of VAllure! Started working on porting the model already, and will begin on an animation soon after, I am very delighted to be working with someone so talented as Stronny, she's a great entertainer and makes top-tier quality audio content, so do definitely check her out if ASMR/Roleplay audio and fun spicy streams sounds like something you enjoy!

It has been a while since I made a proper, really long animation with all that comes with it, an intro and outro, twist in the plotline, lotsa dialogue, and the length similar to my first big animation, and I kinda want to get back into making more of this maximum high effort content after learning so much since the last one, and having multiple finishing scenes in one animation, so that's what I will try to achieve here with the ShioRaven animation, might not be quite 5 minutes as that would take a looooong time to produce to the quality that I am currently trying to achieve, but I will try and get there, perhaps I could have a HUGE project like this as a main on the backburner, and make 1-2 minute shorter animations to take a break from it when I am reaching burnout on such a huge undertaking, will see what I can figure out but i know for a fact I want to make something that I can say "WOW" to at this point where I have been doing this for over 2 years, so look forward to that!
