I woke up wet this morning
Added 2023-07-12 09:40:58 +0000 UTCI don't normally wet the bed, but I woke up wet this morning. It's either because I am traveling or because I drake coffee too late in the day yesterday.
Traveling typically makes my incontinence worse. Luckily, I haven't had to deal with any messy diapers on this trip, but that happens too when I travel.
It's important for me to have a set routine that I follow every day. If my normal routine is disrupted, I end up with more messes to clean up.
