243 One Piece: My Name is Jack

"Damn it! What the hell is up with his body?!"

"I refuse to let a pirate be this arrogant!"

"Urgh..."

Sakazuki let out a muffled groan, clutching his shoulder instinctively. His fierce battle against Jack had left him heavily wounded, blood seeping from his injuries. Among all the fighters present—except Mihawk—Sakazuki had been the most relentless in his attacks.

But now, his stamina was nearing its limit. Already injured by Whitebeard, he had been pushing himself beyond reason. His vision blurred, and the agonizing pain coursing through his body made it clear—he had reached his breaking point. Darkness swallowed his sight as he collapsed onto the frozen battlefield.

"Bang!"

"Sakazuki!"

"Borsalino! Get him back to the ship!"

Marineford, already in ruins from the ongoing battle, had been completely reduced to rubble. The only thing keeping the fighters from sinking into the sea was Kuzan's ice freezing the water beneath them.

Sengoku surveyed the devastation, his heart growing heavier. His killing intent toward Jack intensified. No matter what, Jack had to die today—before the Beasts Pirates arrived to reinforce him.

But what Sengoku didn't expect was that, at this very moment, many members of the Beasts Pirates were watching Jack's rampage through the lens of a Den Den Mushi.

At the battlefield's edge, Buggy and his crew had been plotting their escape—only to realize that every ship had already left, except for Shanks' Red Force. To make matters worse, the recently recruited Rockstar was guarding the ship.

Just as Buggy was about to make a desperate move, Kuzan unleashed an Ice Age, silencing all thoughts of escape.

Buggy recalled Jack's words, swallowed his fear, and, risking his life, floated into the air once more to continue broadcasting the scene.

Word of Ace's execution had spread long before this battle, and not just to Onigashima and the Ailen Island. Across the entire Beasts Pirates' territory, Den Den Mushi had been set up in advance, broadcasting the war between the Whitebeard Pirates and the Marines.

Even on Ulti and Sasaki's ships, Den Den Mushi displayed the fight in real-time.

The moment Jack stomped Koby to death, the entire Beasts Pirates fell silent.

King turned to Kaido, who had just flown back, and asked in a daze, "Kaido-sama, are we... going to war with the World Government?"

Kaido let out a deep sigh as he stared at the burning mammoth on the screen.

"The kid's all grown up... He's beyond my control now."

"???"

King's expression turned anxious.

"Kaido-sama! Are you saying Jack went there on his own?! We need to rescue him now!"

"King, no need."

Kaido's voice was complicated as he pointed at Jack on the screen.

"That brat we raised... he's become invincible."

"At this point, there's no one in this world who can hurt him."

"No wonder his immortality surpassed mine first... He's even more reckless than I ever was..."

"???"

Meanwhile, Teach, rolling on the ground in agony, finally managed to extinguish the flames engulfing him. He gasped for breath, his body still smoldering from Jack's previous attack. Watching Jack withstand the combined assault of the strongest fighters without even flinching, Teach's eyes flickered with calculation.

A sly grin spread across his face as he motioned for his crew to back away.

"Zehahaha! Looks like we're not gonna get anywhere with this monster today!"

"We'll gather some stronger Devil Fruits first... then settle the score! For now, let's retreat!"

Laughing wildly, Teach and his crew strode toward Sanjuan Wolf. The Marines were too focused on attacking Jack to stop them.

But Teach had miscalculated one thing—Jack had been watching him all along.

Jack had been forced to rely solely on his raw physical power because Teach had negated his Devil Fruit abilities. While Teach's attack hadn't wounded him, it had certainly caused pain.

Seeing Teach trying to slip away, Jack transformed into his blazing mammoth form and charged.

"Captain Teach! Something's wrong!"

"That monster's coming straight at us!"

"Huh?!"

Hearing Burgess' warning, Teach turned his head—his face instantly drained of color. Panicking, he flailed his stubby legs and ran for dear life.

"Wait a minute!"

Sengoku adjusted his glasses, watching Jack relentlessly pursue the fleeing Blackbeard Pirates. He raised a hand to halt Garp and the others. Shanks, too, ceased his pursuit, while Mihawk silently followed Jack.

Meanwhile, Moria was sent flying by Jack's trunk, disappearing without a trace. Even Doflamingo couldn't locate him.

"Damn it! Those bastards are trying to get me killed!"

"Zehahaha! Wolf, your turn!"

At Teach's command, Sanjuan Wolf finally stood up from where he had been watching the battle like a spectator.

"Captain Teach! I'm on it!"

Even as a forty-meter-tall flaming mammoth, Jack looked like a toy compared to Sanjuan Wolf's colossal frame. The giant pirate ignored the flames and grabbed Jack with both hands, attempting to crush him.

But at that moment, a sinister red light flashed across Jack's body.

"Mammoth Rocket!"

"Boom! Splurt!"

Sanjuan Wolf stared in shock at the blood spraying from his body. Because of his massive size, his reaction was sluggish. Only after he released Jack did he realize—his hands had been burned down to the bone.

Pain finally registered, and he let out an agonized wail.

"Aaaahhh! It hurts!"

Jack reverted to his human form, flames roaring around him. That eerie red light flickered across his body once more.

Gripping his spiked kanabo tightly, he charged at the thrashing Sanjuan Wolf.

"Slash!"

"Splurt!"

"Crash..."

Sanjuan Wolf fell silent. An overwhelming sense of emptiness and weakness consumed him. Looking down at his chest, he saw blood pouring endlessly from the gaping wound where his heart used to be.

Panicked, he clutched at his chest in a futile attempt to stop the bleeding.

"Captain Teach... it hurts..."

Those were his final words. With a resounding crash, Sanjuan Wolf's massive corpse collapsed onto his own crew.

"Ugh..."

"Run!"

"Boom!"

Gasping for breath, Teach and his crew barely managed to crawl out from under the body, staring in disbelief at the fallen giant.

The Marines, too, were in shock.

Sanjuan Wolf—the "Colossal Battleship"—had been slain in mere moments. He hadn't even had the chance to display his full strength before Jack cut him down.

Even considering his sluggish movements, his defenses were formidable—his title was well-earned.

For Jack to tear through him so easily meant one thing: Jack didn't just have invincible defense—he had invincible offense too.

That eerie red glow filled Sengoku and the others with dread.

Jack scoffed at Sanjuan Wolf's corpse.

"Tch. You think being big makes you invincible?"

A wicked grin spread across his face.

"Then I'll start by killing the biggest one."

His eyes gleamed with murderous intent as he turned toward Teach and the others.

"Don't worry. You're next!"

Teach's heart sank in fear.
