239 One Piece: My Name is Jack
Added 2025-04-21 13:32:24 +0000 UTCAs everyone was still in shock over Shanks and his crew's sudden arrival, Jack unleashed a blast of scorching breath, sending Shanks flying.
"Oh my, how terrifying~"
Borsalino raised his hands, looking nonchalantly at Benn Beckman, who had a gun trained on him.
"Your captain just got blown away. Aren't you going to check on him?"
"That damn bastard! Lunatic!"
Cursing, Beckman leaped off the ship and rushed toward Shanks. Seizing the opportunity, Borsalino aimed a finger at Jinbe, who was struggling to escape while carrying Luffy.
"Sayonara..."
Boom!
A figure crashed into Borsalino, halting his attack. The Admiral phased away using his intangibility and narrowed his eyes.
"Hmm? Sakazuki...?"
"Damn you, Jack! What the hell are you trying to do?!"
Akainu roared in fury after being swatted away by Jack's trunk. But Jack ignored him, turning his attention toward Jinbe instead.
"Much appreciated, Jack-san!"
Jinbe, panting heavily, expressed his gratitude. However, before he could react, Jack wrapped his trunk around him as well.
"Jinbe, let's skip the thanks. You're heading to that little submarine, right?"
Jack grinned.
"Since you're a fellow Fish-Man, I'll give you a lift."
Boom!
Splurt!
With a powerful slam, Jack sent Jinbe crashing to the ground, forcing another mouthful of blood from his lips.
"Of course, it's not free! Off you go!"
With a flick of his massive trunk, Jinbe and Luffy were hurled straight toward the submarine. But Jack hadn't expected his rough actions to attract an unexpected enemy.
Before his words even faded, a powerful slash landed directly on Jack, followed by a violent explosion.
Yet, as the smoke cleared, Jack stood there, unharmed in his human form. Everyone was left speechless.
"Impossible! That was an attack from the world's greatest swordsman!"
"Not a single scratch?!"
"Damn you, Jack! I'll kill you! I swear I'll kill you!"
Mihawk, visibly furious, clenched his sword tightly. Even the Marines were confused, and Doflamingo, watching from the sidelines, couldn't understand why Mihawk was so agitated.
"Yo, Mihawk!"
Jack grinned.
"No need to get so worked up. It's just a boat with a private toilet, right?"
He waved dismissively.
"Hold on, I'll catch up with you in a bit."
Under everyone's puzzled gazes, Jack leaped into the air. Black lightning crackled around him as roaring flames burst from his body, illuminating the sky.
"Let my judgment befall you!"
"Tenfold Thunderfire!"
"What the hell is that?!"
The moment Jack appeared, Doflamingo had already felt an urge to retreat. Knowing Jack's temperament, he was sure nothing good would come from this. However, he hesitated for just a moment—and that moment, he regretted.
With streaks of lightning surging around him, Jack unleashed an inferno that engulfed the entire battlefield. In mere moments, flames swallowed everything, even reducing his own coat to ashes.
"Ice Age!"
Slash! Boom!
The strongest combatants unleashed their abilities, quickly extinguishing Jack's flames. Among them, Blackbeard caught Jack's attention as he absorbed the fire into his own body.
"Jack of the Beasts Pirates! What's your goal here?!"
Sengoku, in his massive golden Buddha form, roared at him. Jack paused briefly before responding.
"Oh, Buddha, I'm just here to seek enlightenment."
"Zehahahaha! Jack!"
Blackbeard grinned widely.
"Join me! Be my right-hand man!"
Jack ignored him, shifting his gaze toward the unmoving, lifeless figure of Whitebeard. Even in death, the legendary pirate stood tall. When Jack landed, he noticed Ace's body as well—his chest punctured, lying still on the frozen battlefield. Shanks and his crew were already handing Ace's body over to Marco and the Whitebeard Pirates.
"So even Whitebeard threw away his life... yet he still couldn't save Ace."
Another legend had fallen.
"Zehahahaha! Think about it, Jack! If you join my Blackbeard Pirates, I'll make you my vice-captain!"
"This era belongs to me, Blackbeard!"
Swish! Boom!
Jack appeared beside Blackbeard in an instant and sent a devastating punch to his gut. Blackbeard was launched into the air, only to be caught mid-fall by a massive giant who placed him gently onto the ice.
"Ahhh..."
"Pain! Pain! Damn, that hurts!"
Blackbeard groaned, rolling around on the ground before finally staggering to his feet. But by then, Jack had already transformed into his hybrid form, engaging Blackbeard's crew in battle.
Blackbeard's eyes widened in shock. Even as Shiryu and the others attacked Jack, their weapons and powers barely left a mark on him. Meanwhile, Jack's counterattacks had them scrambling. Jesus Burgess, unwilling to back down, charged in for a direct confrontation—only to be sent flying with a single punch, coughing up blood mid-air.
Blackbeard frowned deeply. The rumors were true. Jack, like himself, had the ability to consume multiple Devil Fruits.
"But my Devil Fruits are the strongest! The ultimate Logia and the ultimate Paramecia!"
Emboldened by his own strength, Blackbeard stepped forward, yelling to his crew:
"Leave him to me!"
"Oh?"
Hearing Blackbeard's command, the others quickly backed off. With a wild grin, Blackbeard charged at Jack, extending his right hand.
"Dark Water!"
A pitch-black vortex of darkness surged from his hand, pulling Jack toward him. Jack didn't resist, curious to see the extent of Blackbeard's ability.
The moment Blackbeard's hand made contact, Jack's expression shifted slightly.
It felt like... Seastone?
In an instant, his hybrid transformation was forcefully undone.
"Zehahahaha!"
Blackbeard cackled wildly.
"Your monstrous defense must be thanks to your Devil Fruit, right?"
"Jack! Let me show you the true power of my new ability!"
A familiar glow flickered around Blackbeard's left hand, making Jack's eyes widen.
"That's... the power of the Quake-Quake Fruit?!"
"Zehahahaha! That's right!"
Blackbeard roared.
"Feel the might of the strongest Paramecia, Jack!"
Boom!
With a deafening impact, Blackbeard drove his fist forward—only to freeze in place as Jack, unfazed, simply raised a brow.
Boom!
Jack's fist, slightly smaller than Blackbeard's head, slammed into him. Blackbeard was sent hurtling backward, flying hundreds of meters before crashing unconscious.
Jack cracked his neck, shaking his head as he muttered:
"Flashy but useless. What a waste of time."
He scoffed.
"The so-called strongest Paramecia? That was nothing more than a massage. Compared to Whitebeard, you're not even worth mentioning."
