Innocence Or Money Season 2 - Release News

Hello people! I hope everyone is doing great and having a great week. I am writing to let you know that Steam has already responded to me and... My IoM Season 2 page has not been accepted... 😱 They asked me to make some changes, which I will have to do (Steam is the #1 gaming site in the world, and as such, it has a lot of bureaucracy in the procedures)

Now, what does this mean? Well, my estimation is that I have to resubmit the page and wait for approval, and I also have to wait for the game approval, I estimate that from now on, the Steam release will be in 15 days at the earliest, and 45-60 days at the latest. (I can understand the delay, in fact, I think the offices must have a picture of me and throw darts at it, because whoever has to do the IoM reviews, has to do it in 32 languages, but hey! If I am only one person and I can do it, so can they! 😉) - In addition to the basic delay, you also have to add that Steam entered just today into one of their 4 big discount seasons they do per year, so I don't know if the delay could be even longer.

In a post a couple of weeks ago, you all know that my intention is to be able to make a joint launch with all platforms, I thought and still think it is the best, however, I always try to be fair and make the best decisions, and it seems unfair that because of the delay in responses from them to me and because they have rejected my page there, people here on Patreon and Subscribestar also have to wait. (Again this will lead to a delay of 15 to 60 days more, which is too long).

So, I'm going to start preparing the release for the other platforms that are not Steam, like for example, Patreon or Subscribestar. For those who are new here, the game uploads have never been done from the place where I normally develop IoM, since the internet speed is very bad (I currently found a provider that gives me good download speed but the upload speed is not very good) and this is not a matter of being able to hire a better provider, it is simply that where I am, I have no options. So I go to a place to do these uploads. I plan to go on Monday or Tuesday to upload IoM S2E1 to different sites to offer multiple download links.

Also, from my point of view, S2E1 (Season 2 Episode 1) is the best episode so far. There are many, many months of work and I can assure you that most of you will like it. So I will try to provide 1 or 2 more high quality download links (so far I pay for Dropbox, Google and other premium links to offer the best, fast links, no ads or weird stuff) and I foresee that this release may have even more demand than the previous ones, so I will try to prepare everything as best as possible.

For this release, the strategy I had from Steam has fallen and I will not make you wait (now I have to receive criticism from the other side 😝, but hey it's not my fault is that Steam has not approved me), so I will do it as it has always been, respecting the tiers, the release dates will be:

• Nightly Massage and Above: Friday 5th of July 2024 | 14:00 (GMT-4 Hour)-(1 week before the Official Launch Date)

• Sugar Booster: Monday 8th of July 2024 | 14:00 (GMT-4 Hour)-(4 days before the Official Launch Date)

• Morning Coffee: Friday 12th of July 2024 | 14:00 (GMT-4 Hour)-(Official Launch Date)

To sum up, on Monday/Tuesday I will go to do the uploads of Innocence Or Money Season 2 Episode 1, I will look to add 1 or 2 more quality links as I expect a high demand, on Wednesday and Thursday I will test that everything is working, and on Friday 5th the first release will be done for the Nightly Massage tiers and above.

Note: I have not made this decision because of the few who have shown their dissatisfaction with my last posts, as about 7 people are the ones who have criticized me, 7 out of 1700 people here is not even 1% (to be exact it is 0.41%) I do not make or change a decision because less than 0.50% tell me, the reasons were explained in the post. I read all the comments, and I can change my course of action in certain things if a big part of the community asks me to, at the end, this game is a reality thanks to all of you. But if 7 people tell me to change, I won't do it and I will stick to my decisions. At the same time, thanks to everyone who respects my decisions even if they don't fully agree, it's much appreciated. 🙏 What I have just written may seem simple, but I think it is very important to mention it.
