In the final episode of "Witch from Mercury", Suletta's body had been severely effected by permat storm and weakened. We saw that she had to rely on crutches for 3 years after the battle. So, this picture is she didn't become weaken by the permat storm, but broke all of her bones. Despite Spacians have advanced technologies , she chose to live on Earth with Miorine, so she got the treatment from earth, that is plaster casts.
Now, she is living happily with her lovely wife, Miorine on Earth.
