An Illustration of Clara / Klara from Heidi, Girl of the Alps (from 1974, a Swiss story adapted by Nippon Animation)
And an Illustration of Akari NITTA from Jujutsu Kaisen. A reference to the scene where both her Achilles tendons were cut. Not sure if casts are the actual treatment but to me immobilizing her for a while sounds like the right treatment.
(Sorry for the late update. At the moment I have a few private Issues to fix. I hope to return to the former Update schedule of at least one Sketch and one Illustration Post per week by the end of next week. In the meantime please enjoy this update and thank you for your support !)

A special mention for Akari Nitta, a character I didn't know until today, but who, from what I understand, will have a rather sedentary life ahead of her in the next few weeks, with the maximum of movement represented by picking up and holding the mobile phone to her ear or holding the remote control of the wall-mounted TV. As a matter of fact, the extremities of her lower limbs will also be able to indulge in moments of unspeakable vigorous exercise, swirling back and forth in the openings of her huge casts... She will definitely not lack the time to engage in very long, seemingly endless phone calls....
