1) John always cares about his employees, so he's checking out Je... I mean he's wondering if Jen needs any help.
2) We all know John he's a nice old man, but with age also comes a loss of memory, he "forgot" where are the coffee filters, so he's asking Jen to come and help him find them :)
3) Adam is ready to pump some iron.
