Weight gain being an issue for me too. But Yoo-Yooing isn't good. You know those old guys in the gym with the saggy belly and boobs, they yoo-yood. Best to get to a weight you are comfortable with and stay there. I know it isn't easy as I've did it all my life - and I am older. Work on strengthening the muscles in the chest and belly and a comfortable weight for you. You'll be happier when you get OLD!! and not a saggy gramps.

I too loved this video! But it doesn't matter how hot I think both of you are if you're not feeling comfortable in your own body. I've been lifting weight and training off and on since I was 14 with varying success. I remember the first criticism I had from a personal trainer was that my quads were getting disproportionate (incline leg pressing 612lbs!) and that's probably the best description of my struggle, not having a swimmer's build or a model's physique. I'm disproportionate. My abs stick out past my rib cage and I don't feel its flattering. Recently, however, I've learned that this appearance could be reduced by working on reducing anterior pelvic tilt... Credit goes to Conor Harris on youtube @conorharris. I think he's the real deal, very informative. Plus he is easy on the eyes and wears tight shirts ;-) Second mention I want to make is James Smith @JamesSmithPT who is a british ex rugby player personal trainer living in Australia. Also extremely good looking he has such a relaxed, positive and encouraging manner, and a dirty mouth - he's a delight. A recent video of his saying how everyone should consider moving to Australia he says you never know unless you try it... like a finger up the bum (and then mimes licking his finger and *pop*). Sure he says he's straight but a modern, hot man like him has gotta be open to all kinds of things!

I loved this video. Loved the frank and honest conversation about your sex practices, as well as the vulnerability you showed in talking about your feelings about your bodies and your appearances. While I was very surprised to hear you all were considering botox (though I respect that as a personal choice lol), as far as the conversation regarding your bodies, I'd just say that I wouldn't think of you all as “hefty”, at least not in a negative way. I think I'd moreso think of you all as THICC. And ain't NOTHING wrong with that :-) And that last scene, with you all feeling on each other and Zach squeezing on dem tiddies.... HOT.

I am on hormone therapy for prostate cancer. I just started this summer I have lost weight and some muscle mass. I think a renewal of vows would be great sometime when you guys have time to do it the way you want. I think I am really going to enjoy AZB+ but long for a person to share my inner thoughts the way you guys do.

I love how you reclaimed the Hefty comment by incorporating it into title of the video and including so much vulnerability around weight.

When my Mom died it was tough on us kids but worse on my Dad who had been with her every day for 56 years. Ian should keep track of his dad. Between working from home & the Pandemic, gained a lot of weight. So now on a diet & have dropped 40 Lbs, have a lot more to go, doing this more for health reasons than looks. You guys both look very healthy, more muscular, than hefty. Alastair's upper body looks great from weight lifting. Can't wait to see what Alastair looks loke after deployment.

I relate to this video so hard, especially with Alastair. When I was in my 20's, I was working out daily, eating well (when I cheated, I would purge, but that's a story for another day), and felt amazing about myself. I loved clothes shopping and showing off my body. Then, as work and family issues took up more of my time, working out stopped, and eating crap food on the go became the norm. And I ballooned. At one point I was over 300 lbs. I hated myself for how big I'd let myself become. Clothes shopping became as needed, and never as wanted, and while I never really isolated myself, I definitely took part in less activities with friends. About ten years ago, I decided enough was enough. I was diagnosed with Diabetes and high blood pressure. I knew I would die if I didn't change, so I did. Right now I'm at 250 (I'm 6'1 for reference). I'd like to get down to 200, which is still far more than I weighed in my 20's, but I'd be happy there. Oh, and clothes shopping has started to become fun again. I don't really know what the point of my rant is, but I definitely related to the video, and thought I'd share my "hefty" story. You boys are truly the best! Thanks for letting us in.

You are 30 now. It is normal to get thicker with age, but the point is not letting go. Eat well, exercise, do sport or working out a bit, moderation with alcool. A 20 years body does not last a life time. IMO, I do not think you need botox. You just need to take care of yourself. You and Zach are beautifull 30ish body and soul. You'll be the same at forty but different because 10 years more. But I am sure you'll never be like so many people, with a humongous belly beer, teeth dirty or missing and a red maga red cap on your balding head. I even can't imagine that in my worst dreams. Everything tastes better with moderation. End of sermon 🌝

The older you get, the less important other people's opinions about your own body are. I think it was a wise decision to spend your remaining time together at restaurants rather than at the gym

That was a really sweet video! I try not to comment on people's physical appearance but I will say to Alastair, you may have gotten thicker but it is a V good thick. You look fantastic!! As Zach pointed out, you have a lot of muscle on you. 💪 And while I don't want this to sound like I'm trying to invalidate your body image feelings, I will say I would kill to have your physique! 💯 (Zach, you are looking great too!)
