July Pinup Sketch #4

Here is the sketch for the final pinup for July! Colors for each incoming shortly.

I am thinking of doing the trees with pink and white leaves, we will see how it goes!

In other news, I think I've learned my lesson, concerning how much work I take on at one time. I often think I can do more than I actually have time for... As many of you know, I opened for commissions a couple of months ago, and took on about 14 commissions, a mixture of character and full scene work. I am almost done with the last of those, and I have had a blast working on them! I always try to do my best, so that my clients are satisfied... but man, it's definitely effected my punctuality on all fronts! Hopefully I've truly learned my lesson, and so in the future, I think I'll limit commission runs to only 2-4 clients at a time. It's just not possible to foresee all the little delays that life throws my way, and I end up just feeling rushed and guilty for being late on both Patreon and commission pieces. In truth, it's not anyone else's fault buy my own.

So, yeah. lesson learned! There's only one thing to do! Focus on making sure that my current due pieces are as good as they can be, and remember that time, as well as creative energy, is a limited commodity, and I shouldn't promise so much of it up front, at one time!
