Update - Dental surgery inbound!

Thanks everyone, for all the supportive comments over my tooth pain! I did end up going into the dentist office on Monday morning, under emergency situations. I woke up about 3 in the morning with severe pain. It was mind numbing! Funny how one little tooth can cause so much agony... To add to that, I was also extremely light headed, even standing made me feel as if I was going to pass out. Luckily, there's an emergency walk in clinic just a few blocks from where I live, and so I got there just as they opened. I was able to get treatment right away, and they ended up taking x-rays of my teeth, and gave me a prescription for antibiotics, antibacterial mouthwash, and some stronger pain relievers. The dentist told me I needed to have a few teeth pulled, and referred me to a specialist. Afterwards, I was able to go next door to get the prescription filled, and I was back home by 9:00 am to take them and wait it out. 

Now it's Wednesday, and the pain and swelling has gone down drastically. I can eat again, though I still stick with soft foods, because chewing can be sore. The main issue I am having is that the antibiotics (penicillin) makes me feel sick. I still need to call in and make an appointment with the specialist, and I'll be doing that soon. What annoys me is that the antibiotics are going to eventually take care of the infection, and I'll be feeling pretty good. Only to then go and get my face cut open and spend another couple of weeks recovering, all over again. Ugh... 

Oh well, what must be done, must be done. I am not afraid of the pain, I just don't like being unable to work.

There is a chance that I will be a little late on getting the February rewards sent out, because if this. My hope is that I can get them done between the time my antibiotics cure the infection, and when I have to go in for surgery. I know that after the surgery, I'll be pretty useless for a little bit. Regardless, the rewards will be sent out, even if a little late. I appreciate the patience on this, and the support you guys give me is literally the reason I am able to afford to get this emergency taken care of. I'd be dead in the water without it!
