Celty the headless Rider (term 11 reward)

Awesome Celty btw :P we totally need the motorbike tho~ and she just has that awesome black shadow power. :3 instant bikini if she wanted~

It looks to me that she has her head tilted slightly downward, so I think her neck should hidden a little from the chin part. Then again, where is her head, anyway? LOL Regardless, nicely done as always. B-)
