This is where the UI design went, not quite minimal as intended and not so far away from a call back either, but a lot more unique and full of character. This makes me very happy as a designer, hitting that middle ground and something that is also easily understandable too. These UI elements will be present going forward, and when you get your hands on experience (which I'm praying you will with an alpha at some point) then you may see these, or at least see the influence these designs have. So definitely keep an eye out for that.
