Also, the 1999 version of the anime shows the heart being in Killua's hand just like the manga, with some minor censorship in that Killua's hand is clean. I actually prefer THIS (2011) version though, even though it's censored, since Killua taunts his one last time by actually giving his heart back to Johness, after putting it into a little baggy made from his shirt.

Some victims' bodies were so thoroughly dismembered that it was impossible to clear the murder site of all the bits. One luckless 11-year-old who crossed Johness' path was gutted alive. The murders shared a single attribute, none of the victims were left in less than 50 pieces. And these crimes were committed with nothing more than his bare hands. When he was finally arrested, Johness offered no resistance, but when one of the officers went to start his patrol car, he noticed something interesting about his left arm." [What follows is the cop shrieking while looking at his forearm, with a massive chunk torn from it, Johness holding onto it in his closed fist] "That was his M.O., swiftly plucking flesh from the bone.
