More on the Ted Bundy interview, apparently the man stepped on the body of the person Bundy had just killed. If I remember correctly the man and woman both felt really uneasy (rightfully so seeing as there was a serial killer there) which is why the left.

Guess Alastor made him an offer he couldn't refuse....
Emotion really does make people silly.

Huh, I did NOT know that about Ted Bundy! Ya learn something new everyday. that couple had amazing survival instincts. The same could not be said of the poor girls and women he lured into his car.
Yeah, Charlie isn't the kinda person that you'd immediately think would let their pride get the better of them, but... Sometimes the best way to win the game is to not play at all, or by possibly going at it from a different angle that the opposing player doesn't have total control over.
As for Alastor, who knows what he's thinking; but there's definitely a method to his madness. Although agreeing to a deal with his soul on the line without confriming what he has to do to get free first, not great.
Then again Vox almost immediately saying yes to a deal that sounds way too good to be true? Also not great! You'd think as an exploitative media mogul, corrupt businessman and a former cult leader that he'd have known that.
