I agree, would be too simple, not to mention 7 is just a Holy Number (God made the world in 6 days, rested on the 7th). Doesn't hurt to theory craft I suppose?

2024-02-03 07:38:21 +0000 UTCyou know, i knew they exorcists were wearing masks, but for some reason it never registered with me that adam was too. maybe because his is so expressive compared to everyone else and accurately depicts his facial features at any given time. also didn't expect him to be quite that powerful, but i guess it makes sense, seeing as he isn't just the leader of the exorcists, but also the oldest soul in all of the afterlifes. i suppose even someone who isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer like him is bound to have gathered some power in all that time. as for charlie, while i question her particular choice in combat outfit, seeing her go full demon mode was awesome. i really like the look, complete with demon horns, a tail and of course a pitchfork. now she only needs to learn how to wield the power she tapped into here all the time. finally as for lilith; i feel like she's gonna turn out to be a red herring. oh sure, everyone's betting on her being connected to alistor, because they were both gone for 7 years, which seems to be an obvious connection between the two, and yet.... i feel (or maybe just hope) that there's still more to it. it's just seems too simple and too obvious an answer, you know?

2024-02-03 01:04:33 +0000 UTCFunny how if Lucifer been there from the beginning Adam and the rest of the exorcists wouldn't have stayed an chance against hell.. Lucifer is just too powerful. Seeing how he causally played with Adam and when he went serious Adam was nothing to him. ofc.. they couldn't have Lucifer be there from the beginning.. then there wouldn't have been an fight.. just an bloodshed on The Angels side. Also there wouldn't been any drama. So the Story demanded that he only come at the end when most bad things had already happened and all looked bad for our main cast. Classic story telling.
