I still feel they should have given the animators x2 weeks per episode instead of x1 That extra breathing room would let them not want to commit Canadian healthcare (I hope), and also ensure they had the time to actually finish what they started instead of shipping it asap I would have been happy to wait an extra week to ensure quality, because imagine the fights in all their glory??

Quite the cliffhanger to leave us off on too, though the manga DOES kind of jump right into the next arc so I guess we had to end it somewhere. I think that, despite all the drama and woes behind the scenes regarding the animation staff (the ungrateful fans, psychotic management from higher ups, sweatshop working conditions, idiots defending said conditions, etc.) and the resulting fluctuation in quality, this season still did this arc justice and was a joy to watch from start to finish. At this point there isn't really much else I can say, I think I've gotten pretty much everything out of my system. This entire Season was (mostly) leagues above the first in nearly every regard, but I wont ask for for much else yet. Wouldn't want to jinx anything.
