I don't actually think Kenny got "sick", like a virus or bacteria. I think he just ate way too much meat without shitting any of it out. Your body isn't meant to have 13 pounds of meat in your colon without expelling it. You can't just keep putting stuff in without anything going out. That's why I think he was feeling so sick and puking.
