@Ninja Kuma Well you've watched everything now, but the only person with definitely more potential in firebending than Ozai is Azula(sane).

gunchar

Already watched it, it was last Monday. Next up is memes when I get back from New Zealand

There is a movie, we do not talk about...

Galliad

probaby if he could use the Avatar state, but that is locked for him. And no, not for anyone after him, just him. Ah, I am looking forward to the big movie stream. The finale is up next. Did you already watch it or is it coming up on monday? Btw you said it yourself. His strength is versatility. Sozins comet reduces that. It is that simple.

Galliad

All things being equal, 100% agreed, but watching Aang go from zero to expert in several elements within days of starting to use them... I wouldn't rule out the possibility that he has more potential, so while not as refined he might just end up overpowering Ozai in a beam-struggle It wouldn't be my way of doing things, but hopefully you get my point. Let's not discount the fact that if Aang taps into Ruko, the previous Avatar's knowledge, he would probably trump Ozai in terms of mastery. It's just how damn OP the Avatar is... he's basically playing life with Hacks.

Monokuma

I do not know how to feel about this....

Monokuma

Also yes, Aang can harness the comet too. But his strength is his flexibilty with the 4 elements while Ozai is a master at firebending who trained one skill with the best teachers the world had to offer. If Ozai gains power from the comet he is much stronger compared to his original set of skills than Aang. Aang would be forced into a fire duel with his other skills pretty much useless and thus be forced to use the bending art he has learned the least against a high class master. You do not need to read Sun Tzu to know he cannot win that.

Galliad

you know what is the sad part about this? it is only the second worst portail of ATLA up to now.

Galliad

lmao That’s why Avatar fans call it the filler episode, it left so little impact and meant so little to the plot that’s it’s forgettable. The only reason why I remember it was because it was so bad, and because for some reason Nickelodeon would play that one particular episode NON-STOP so kids were forced to sit through it when watching reruns.

Byakkoya

Pretty much the only weak episode tbh... I forgot all about it until you mentioned it

Monokuma

Not much I can say about this episode that the episode didn't say about itself really, other than I love how they skip The Great Divide. Even the writers knew that it was the worst part of the show.
