2023-01-25 21:58:29 +0000 UTCAlways thought it was pretty cool how Zuko's Firebending was tied to and fueled by a specific mentality, kind of like how Aang had trouble learning Earthbending because his mentality was the opposite of the element he was trying to bend.

2023-01-25 00:37:05 +0000 UTCI really like this take on fire. sure, fire can be destructive if left unchecked, but so can be all elements. water can cause floods and tsunamis, earth can cause earthquakes and landslides, and air can causes storms and tornados. no element is without danger. but fire, at its core, isn't just the destructive power present throughout most of the show. at its base, it's warmth, energy, life. it's far too seldom we are reminded of that fact.
