Issue Identified
Added 2022-10-23 15:28:32 +0000 UTCI found what caused some videos to not be exported properly.
In short my Hard Drive has lost part of its brain, so it sometimes forgets where things are or where it saves them. So imagine while it's exporting a video it forgets where the video is and then assumes it's finished exporting.
That being said I've worked it to death so... time to retire the drive & buy a new one.
