True considering the outside of the tomb had enough treasure to satisfy anyone's needs. So no need to go inside unless you wanted more.

part of the message that ainz was trying to do was that all the worker groups CHOOSE to raid the tomb
if you dont recall workers unlike adventurers are free to turn down any type of job thats offered. in this case it was to explore an UNKNOWN tomb and see what was inside for a hefty reward and the price was that what they got was the worst possible outcome that anyone exploring mythical dungeons could get
a random encounter that you have no chances of escaping and where death is a mercy.
ainz literally said that they all entered nazarick of their own choice to satisfy their greed
its basically how someone would react to burglars breaking into their homes and stealing their valuables

Ainz I think is more amoral than anything. He's got things he cares about, and he doesn't care what he has to do to protect and strengthen them. He doesn't usually enjoy the suffering or death he causes others, but regardless there's nothing he's not willing to do it it's necessary.

Yeah, she also taught Ainz how to dance. Later she and her sisters live in a log cabin on the 6th floor I think

This was quite the episode when I first saw it. Especially how they show Archie's little sisters at the end of the episode, letting you know they'll forever be alone. With chat telling you the alternate stories from the light novel and web comic, its all fucked up either way.
"For good or for evil! There is no shame in holding to your beliefs. My goal is to save as many people as I can, and to do that I'm even willing to kill a fellow warrior. I will be evil, if I must." - Captain Bravo
And yes, I too think that Ainz isn't truly evil. Sometimes Ainz unfortunately chooses the wrong actions just for his beliefs and people. As you said, sometimes we have to question ourselves whether or not we're the bad guys.

so. to get a bit more in depth on what was said in the chat. the author did indeed let the readers vote on the outcome of arche's fate, though he apparently was very upset with the outcome, reasoning he didn't like her surviving due to her status as a "cute anime girl". i think he even said he wouldn't do votes after because of the outcome.
as for the fate of arche and her sister, she indeed ends up reunited with her sisters. i think in one of his smarter moves ainz eventually decides to uses her, seeing as she was a former noble, to learn more about the politics and customs of her home country. he uses her sisters as bargaining chips to get her talking and she actually ends up as an advisor of sorts to ainz and despite the odds they end up living relatively peacefully inside the tomb. though admittedly my memory is a bit foggy on the whole thing, so take it with a grain of salt.
