We take security & privacy very seriously, which is one of the reasons we chose to use oAuth and specific trusted well known provides of high quality authentication platforms. We promise never to pass you details onto advertisers.

Simplicity

We designed the solution with this being at the core from the start, using oAuth for registration; Google, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Persona. Rather than trying to implement a complex home baked identity solution.

Reliability

We have invested in enough capacity (AWS) to be able to meet sudden demands on the service without impacting the performance of the service. We have automated the maintenance where possible and ensure our underlying technologies are up-to-date, this allows us to have an impressive up-time.

Performance

This comes hand-in-hand with efficiency, the DDNS Server and Web Site are designed to scale linearly, using robust, Open Source, free technologies that are constantly being evolved, including; Java, nginx, Jetty, AWS.

Reach

Our goal has always been for this service to be for everyone equally, with no restrictions on operating system, no paid only services and most importantly free. Our proudest boast is that we have no business model.
