Hi this is a cute pinned post which may hopefully answer any questions you may have about being a patron here. I have been doing patreon since 2020, and started doing physical rewards in February of 2025. :-) welcome if you are new here I seriously appreciate it very very cool and very nice as well!

Before you read the physical mail FAQ, please make sure your address is in the system and correct! You can do this on desktop by:

Navigating to my creator name under the Memberships panel. Then, once on my page, click on the Membership button. You will see the tier you are currently subscribed to. Hover over this and click the pencil icon in the top right. From there, you can add or edit your address! Please make sure everything is correct, otherwise your mail will be returned to me.

✦︎ If your mail is returned to me, I will send you a message to please confirm your address. If you don't respond, I will wait until you do to send out the mail again!!

✴︎ When do you send out mailed stickers?

Usually I'll send out your mail in the first week of the month if you are a brand new member on the first of the month, or a rollover member from the previous month. If you are a new patron who joined anytime after the first week of the month, I do smaller batches closer to the end of the month for those folks as a receive them.

✴︎ I am outside of the US, how long will it take to receive my mail?

Seems like it can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 8 weeks. :O I know that is a long time. Wish I could make it faster. If you feel like your mail has been lost, don't worry and be patient! It can take up to two months for those of you outside of the US. If it's been longer than two months, reach out to me.

✴︎ I think my mail has been lost/I never received my sticker

My envelopes are mailed with a stamp, and aren't tracked. If you are within the US, give it 2 weeks, and international, give it 8 weeks. If you still haven't received it, send me a message. I can resend you the reward. :-)

✴︎ I missed a sticker I wanted, are the previous months' stickers available somewhere ?

(NEW!) I have the previous months' stickers in bundles available in my shop (jamiegreenshop.com)! They are paired in groups of three based on aesthetics and priced at $15.
