Tale #100: A Brand New Boy

The office smelled of fresh lavender, which the boy had long recognized as the scent that the doctor sprayed whenever one of her patients befouled the air. It was obviously Tucker this time, but Matty knew he'd been the one to prompt it every time since his second session. "Hello Matty, come take a seat. Today's a big day, isn't it?" The doctor greeted from her desk, a clipboard already set up. "Yup! This is the last time I gotta come here." He replied, referring to the 'mandated' part of this program for him. The diaper he wore crinkled when he got himself seated on the couch, but there was no hint of self-consciousness from it. "That's right. I know its been a long time since we started, but I can tell that you're in a much better place now than when we started. No more violent or aggressive behavior, no more bullying, no more acting up..." The woman knew the hypocrisy of the statement, especially when Matty was now obviously the one being bullied. "Ummm... Yeah, I guess so... Does that mean we can just finish now? If I'm better now?" If circumstances were different, then the doctor would enjoy nothing more than to accommodate that request. If her son hadn't said anything the night before, then the doctor would have sent Matty on his way without any further adjustments. In a twisted way, Bryce's kindness had condemned Matty to further deconstruction. "Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I'd be remiss not to make sure everything is okay before I sign off on your completion forms. Don't worry, Matty, the minutes will go by before you know it." She pulled the medallion from her desk drawer, "Let's do this one final time. Watch it go back and forth..." Just like almost every other session before this, the boy was entranced in a matter of minutes, but unlike those other times, the doctor kept him cognizant. With this being the last time that she'd have Matty as a patient, she needed to get off her chest all the bitterness that had forged this conspiracy in the first place. "You can still hear me, Matty?" "Yes ma'am." "Good. I don't want you to talk, I just want you to listen. After we're done today, you won't remember this conversation. Understand?" The boy nodded his head, lucid but under her direct control. He wasn't sure exactly what was going on, but it didn't sound good. "You're stupid, so I don't know how well you've pieced this together, but I'm Bryce's mother. You must have already known that, since the two of you used to be best friends; I had you at my house many times, and we certainly met then, even if you were much quieter and more well-behaved back then. You have no idea how much you hurt my son. The two of you were inseparable, and then you stabbed him in the back; little did I know back then that Bryce had also put up with your lackluster toileting abilities. He kept your dirty little secret for years, and you still betrayed him. I'd never seen him so distraught. That's why I offered my services for your mandatory therapy sessions, you little thug. I lied to myself, thinking that I wanted to help you, but if I'm being honest with myself, that's never been the case. It's always been about revenge." Every venomous word was like a razor soaked in poison, and once the doctor got going, she didn't relent. All the hatred inside of her was finally spilling out in its rawest form. Matty sat there quietly, but his eyes showed terror at what he was hearing. "That's why I made you have those accidents. That's why you're sitting there in a diaper right now. Two sessions ago, I accidentally messed your brain up; I made you pretend to be mentally handicapped and when I couldn't get you back to normal, I haphazardly applied a risky fix. That's why you're so different now. After all your years of being a delinquent and a bully, you're going to find out what it's like to be on the receiving end. You'll be a laughingstock, though I assume you must already know that, from what my son told me." The doctor paused and let out a relieved sigh, as if she'd just been free of the demon tormenting her heart. She looked down at the horrified boy and softened her expression, "Don't worry, you won't remember this. This is just for me." That did nothing to make Matty feel any better, as was evident by the warmth that the crotch of his diaper had received throughout the speech. He could hardly conceive of who he'd been at the start, but in this moment, he could fathom the loss that the doctor had forced upon him. His history with Bryce, from the innocent beginning to the terrible end, it all flashed in his mind. Every time that he'd burned Bryce, just to heighten the glow of his own spot in the social hierarchy; every time that he'd been cruel just to feel better about himself. This is where it had gotten him. "Enough of my ranting, time to finish up. My son has nothing but pity for you, and I don't want him to become more of a social outcast by treating you like a friend. I don't want you to run him off with your rudeness or cruelty; instead, you *will* see Bryce as being better than you in every conceivable way. He'll be cooler than you could ever be. If he *does* try to make friends with you again... Hmm." She stopped to think for a moment. "Whenever he interacts with you, you'll push out all your big kid thoughts into your diaper. You'll become as dumb, gross, and pathetic as you can possibly be. This way, he'll think twice about rekindling with you, if you're little more than a drooling moron that can only discuss the contents of your sagging diapers." She didn't feel the need to make him permanently fried like that; it was good enough to just make him a disgusting, degrading mockery when in the presence of her son. As nice as Bryce was, he'd think twice if Matty was a slobbering degenerate with a full diaper and an empty head. "Stand up and we'll test it out. I want you to pretend that I'm Bryce and we're at school." Matty stood as he was ordered, still fully aware of what was happening to him and the fact that Dr. Farren had been doing all of this to him the whole time. He took little solace in knowing that he wouldn't remember any of this either. "Hello Matty, it's me, Bryce. I just wanted to say hello and see how you were doing." The doctor pretended. The boy couldn't stop the demonstration from happening. She'd told him to pretend that she was Bryce for this little 'roleplay' and that would trigger his newest programming to activate. Without delay, a boisterous fart erupted into the back of his diaper and sputtered wetly. Matty groaned and bent his knees, his bowels suddenly feeling overwhelmingly full. One after another, logs began to squeeze out and plop into the thick seat of his diaper, like large lumps of warm clay. With every turd that he pinched off, he could feel his head growing empty, as if each one represented a fragment of his intelligence and dignity. Drool began to course down his chin and the boy suddenly yanked his pants down. "Nnggh...Diapee...Going poopie on my diapee..." He mumbled, grabbing hold of the soggy front with one hand, while the other felt his warming rump. The doctor was bemused, but kept her mouth shut. She wanted to see just how bad that Matty would become under this new trigger. The boy was already looking like he'd lost a hefty amount of his IQ points, with his face growing more strained as he forced himself to keep farting and pushing out steamers. "Mmmphh! M-Matty make POOPIE. Matty love make poopie! Poopie warm squishy! Poopie smell good." Matty continued to babble, a snot bubble in one nostril while a booger hung from the other. His eyes reflected no wit behind them, but they did show joy from the act of self-defecation. This would do nicely. Bryce would think twice if every interaction with Matty would be this foul; it'd be no different than trying to befriend an infant, or someone from special ed! The boy's diaper was sagging pretty badly by this point and Dr. Farren made a note to sweeten the pot by making a final recommendation to move to a much thicker diaper, to make him even more of an outcast from the jump. With her continued presence as 'Bryce', it didn't look like Matty was stopping his mudpie production, and his intellect was hitting a bottom. She could tell, because his words had become even more nonsensical, with 'poop' being one of the only real ones he could babble. She also noticed that he'd been kneading and massaging his own loaded seat, but now looked like he about to reach his hand inside the diaper itself to investigate. She snapped her fingers, "I'm no longer Bryce." No way was she about to deal with a 'toddler' getting into his own diaper, not in this office. His wits began to come back to him and he looked a little confused by all the drool on his chin. The room smelled strongly of poop again too, but that was less mysterious. "Doctor...I think I did a poop in my pants." Matty admitted casually. "I know, Matty. I'm sorry we couldn't do anything about your potty problems in our sessions. I'm sure you'll be ready to tackle that some day. Why don't you pull your pants back up and go grab your mother? Your mandatory therapy is finished and I just need her to sign the paperwork." The woman smiled, deciding she would give one last hypnotic session to the boy's mother too, so that there would be no loose ends. The boy nodded, seemingly unaware that he'd been a pantspooping moron just a few moments ago. He got his pants back up, just barely, and started to waddle toward the door, his diaper squishing with every step. "Thanks for everything, doctor!" He ignorantly chirped, oblivious to everything he'd lost to the woman. Ignorant to how much worse things would be when he shared a class with Bryce. If his dimwitted behavior already hadn't done the job, his new actions would surely seal the fate of both his social life and academic career. He'd get held back and Bryce would move forward, therefore widening the gap and making it less likely that her son would even attempt to reach out. Matty would have one less prospective friend, but maybe she'd be merciful and give the boy's mother the contact information of some of her other patients who were in similar boats. She gave him a final smile and wave, "You're welcome, Matty. You really are a completely different little boy now."
