My goal is to produce a documentary so lifelike, it will be hard to believe the creatures on screen aren’t real and roaming our world today. This incredible progress is made possible by cutting-edge technology, and I’m excited to keep pushing boundaries to bring you stunning, immersive content that reconnects us with the lost world of dinosaurs!
Gorgosaurus was a fearsome tyrannosaur that roamed western North America around 76 million years ago, during the Late Cretaceous. Often overshadowed by its larger cousin, Tyrannosaurus rex, Gorgosaurus was no less impressive—measuring up to 9 meters long, with powerful jaws, sharp teeth, and a keen sense of smell. It lived in what is now Alberta, Canada, in lush floodplains teeming with prey like hadrosaurs and ceratopsians. Fossil evidence suggests it may have been a fast, agile predator, and some paleontologists believe it hunted in a way that minimized injury, targeting young or sick animals. Gorgosaurus remains one of the most well-preserved tyrannosaurs ever found, offering a detailed look into the life of these prehistoric apex hunters.
The illustration was crafted using a blend of photo manipulation, digital painting, and layered textures. For the short animation, I used an AI model that runs locally on my PC, minimizing environmental impact by avoiding cloud computing—part of my commitment to using AI in a more sustainable and responsible way.
