FF14 OC commission for David
Added 2023-09-09 22:00:01 +0000 UTCI don’t do this often unless I’m really struggling with poses or wanna do something extra dynamic but here’s a few concept sketches I did for a commission a while ago! I was given artistic freedom and some refs of "a hot, tall elf woman with a Valkyrie like aesthetic." This is right up my alley so of course I had to pull inspiration from one of my favorite games of all time! (It’s Valkyrie Profile lol. Have any of y’all played?)
I’m hoping to get you guys more updates for this one soon! Now that I have an Idea of what I wanna do, it’ll be smooth sailing!
On a side note, do you guys like posts like this with all the concepts and sketches and stuff? Sketches always seem to do better on social media than full color stuff but I don’t want to get y’all all excited with a Patreon notif and then have you all be disappointed cause it’s some really loose sketchy blobs that look vaaaaguely like people 😂
If you do like em maybe I’ll start trying to post stuff like this more often as I make the progress instead of posting only the final pieces and the process shots with it. Whaddya think?
