Patron Specific Features
Added 2020-10-20 10:14:15 +0000 UTCHi everyone, I've not really used Patreon to communicate with you all in the past, but I thought now might be a good time to discuss things with you all, to see what is most important to you.
One thing I wanted to discuss is whether you as Patrons would like or expect specific features, limited to paying users only. I've always built the app using a 'free-to-all' model, and just allowing people to donate if they feel generous, however I've had a few people suggest that I should be using Patreon etc to 'unlock' features. It could potentially generate more Patrons (those that would like the extra features), however it would mean the experience isn't quite as good for the free members.
As people who have donated just out of the kindness of your hearts I thought you'd be the best people to ask (people who have already donated, rather than people who tell me they might).
1. What are your feelings on a paywall, or exclusive features, is this something you want, or would you prefer that your donations gave everyone the same features?
2. If you think there should be 'locked' features, what would they be?

apologies I just seen the part where it says it has to be done manually. but also please add pledge details

2021-04-10 00:54:17 +0000 UTCI pledged to $2 but the "support to removed adverts" is still active. If pledging a certain amount was a requirement then you should clearly state that on pledge details :(
