La Bomba Exploding Slugs - First test
Added 2022-11-03 22:50:37 +0000 UTCToday we test out some new slugs from a company called "Gun Runners Arsenal" which is something from a video game called Fallout-New Vegas. Just between you and I, I have not vetted this company and know 100% sure if it is even a legit company. The loaded slugs are very cheap for something exotic like this, $15 for 6 of them. Potential buyers should use their own discretion, is what I am saying.

Excellent - I have long had an interest in what a detonating round would do and whether or not it would, in fact, detonate. It appears that a very fast powder like a flash powder/powdered magnesium payload is the right kind of mix. I suspect that a primer is at least as effective as, say, a nail gun cartridge would be in igniting the payload, if the video evidence is any indication. I'm surprised that the vest was sufficiently resistive to cause primer detonation; I'd have thought it would take a hard surface to fire the primer. Interesting video, as always.
