Homemade rifle-rated body armor - what can it stop?
Added 2020-08-20 19:15:47 +0000 UTCA channel called "Tech this out Meow" contacted me a couple years ago to try this, but at that time things were looking grim for my channel so I wasn't sure if I would be able to do the project. He persisted and asked me again to try it. In that time he made improvements to the armor and now claims it will stop rifle round.
