Here's the updated version of list with the LitR Dev Profile, also includes the following fixes as a pre-release for the next update

* Fixed damage settings plugins not working

* Fixed pump-action shotgun crafting

The Dev profile is an in-development profile, that includes the about 30 of the texture mods re-packed into the main game BSAs. Which saves about 30 BSAs for people wanting to expand the list and not hit the limit, and once integrated into the main profile should also save a little bit of space (although it currently adds about 40gb due to maintaining them as separate copies). I'm not including this in the primariy release yet, due to wanting to test the packing process, which is just going to take time. However, it's 100% save safe as all it is are texture changes.

Please report any missing texture or strange texture issues.
